noob Terms and Conditions – Pakistan

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and noob ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to every part of the noob platform available at noob.wine, including the Casino, Live Casino, VIP programme, promotional offers, mobile application, and any associated services.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or accessing any game or feature on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing noob on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a noob account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. noob is strictly an adults-only platform and we do not accept registrations from anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gaming platforms under the laws applicable to you in your location.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming services of this nature are explicitly prohibited.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative or nominee for any third party.
• You must not have a previously closed or self-excluded noob account. If you have self-excluded, you may not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by opening a new account.

noob reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in suspension of account access and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one noob account. Creating multiple accounts – whether to circumvent a bonus restriction, a self-exclusion, or for any other reason – is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. noob may periodically request updated information to maintain the accuracy of your account record.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify noob support immediately. noob will not be responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has shared login details or failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the noob platform are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). noob supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change; always check the Deposit section of the platform for the current list of supported options.

Deposits are credited to your noob balance promptly following successful confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases, deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa reflect immediately. If a deposit has not appeared within a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference number.

noob does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player. All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to and is registered in the name of the account holder. If noob identifies a deposit originating from a third-party source, the deposit will be reversed and the associated balance withheld pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Deposit section. These limits may be adjusted for VIP members or as part of specific promotional offers. Players are responsible for being aware of applicable limits at the time of each transaction.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. If the original deposit method is not available for withdrawal, noob support will assist in identifying an alternative verified method.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account identity must be verified. noob may request a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) before processing a first withdrawal or where the withdrawal amount exceeds a specified threshold.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must have been played through in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.
• Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes, investigations, or compliance holds.

noob targets same-day processing for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals submitted during standard business hours, and next-day or within two business days for bank transfers. These are target timelines and not guaranteed processing times; delays due to third-party payment processors are outside noob's direct control.

VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier benefit from priority withdrawal processing, which advances their requests ahead of standard queue order.

noob reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, where unusual activity has been detected on the account, or where identity verification has not yet been completed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

noob offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL and T20 cricket. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

The following general principles apply to all bonus offers on noob unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered through before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games specified in the promotion. Certain game categories – in particular Live Casino tables and some high-RTP slots – may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution.
• noob reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel a specific bonus from a player's account, or amend ongoing promotion terms where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any other activity inconsistent with fair play.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been met.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games on the noob platform are provided by third-party gaming software providers. Each game operates according to that provider's certified game rules and random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics. Game outcomes are determined by the software at the point of play and cannot be altered by noob or the player after a round has been initiated.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on noob's servers, the server record will be treated as definitive. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, contact support with the game name, round ID, date and time. Investigations will be conducted in good faith using server-side logs.

Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to generate winnings is prohibited. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are void and will be removed from the player's balance. The player may be subject to account suspension in such cases.

Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the noob platform is strictly prohibited. This includes automated betting systems, data-scraping tools, and any software designed to provide an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.

8. VIP Programme

The noob VIP programme rewards consistent, regular players across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity over a defined period. Specific tier thresholds and associated benefits are published on the VIP page.

VIP benefits include weekly PKR cashback between 5% and 25% depending on tier, priority withdrawal processing at Platinum and Diamond level, dedicated account management at higher tiers, and early access to seasonal promotions including PSL offers.

noob reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, and cashback rates at any time with reasonable notice. VIP status is not transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another account. Tier status may be reviewed periodically; if wagering activity falls below the minimum required to maintain a tier, a player may be moved to a lower tier at the next scheduled review.

VIP cashback is credited as bonus funds and is subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the current VIP terms published on the platform. Cashback is calculated on net losses within the eligible period and is not applied retroactively beyond that window.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension & Closure

noob reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where:

• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct involving the account.
• The player has been found to hold multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule.
• The player has attempted to abuse bonus offers or exploit software errors.
• The player has used automated tools, bots, or scripts in breach of the gameplay rules.
• The player is under 18 years of age or has provided a false date of birth to bypass age verification.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance derived from the breach may be forfeited. Real-money balances not connected to the breach will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after any applicable investigation is concluded, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to noob.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting noob support. Any available real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out subject to standard withdrawal verification requirements.

11. Privacy & Data

noob collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

noob will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable obligations. You have the right to request access to the personal data noob holds about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion subject to any legal retention obligations. Contact noob support to exercise any of these rights.

12. Amendments to These Terms

noob may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised to reflect when changes were last made. Continued use of the noob platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of noob that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism described in the current version of these Terms at the time the dispute arises.
